Essence is a collection of art pieces on canvases commissioned by Nouf Al Sudairi Abayas in Riyadh. The art pieces represent Nouf Al Sudairi’s identity which comes across in the fabrics used in the Abayas. The art pieces manipulate the same fabrics used in the Abayas in an artistically expressive way as an extension to the store’s essence and identity.

“Lineage” was on display in the Art Bahrain Across Borders Exhibition in 2019. It is a continued experimentation with different materials and colors. Lineage speaks about the influence that one person can have on other people without realizing it. One person can plant a seed and leave while the seed grows and spreads its fruits; this is told through the color story of the piece.

Amplified is an innovative spatial experience that evokes sensory responses and is activated through the intersection of art, architecture, music, and technology. Amplified is a multi-sensory spatial experience that encourages engagement, celebrates density and merges traditional music with the contemporary.
The installation consists of a series of motion sensitive pillars, strategically placed to encourage social interaction while respecting social distancing.
When an individual draws close to a pillar, a singular musical beat is activated. As more people approach the installation, the rest of the pillars are triggered playing more beats, and adding musical layers to the piece.
A complete musical composition can be heard when all the pillars are activated and the installation is at its maximum capacity. The installation illustrates the Kingdom of Bahrain pavilion’s theme, highlighting the potential and impact of density through music and audience interaction.
